Bioinformatics

About Course

Bioinformatics is the study of how to apply computer science, statistics, and probability in molecular biology. Bioinformatics is a branch of computer science that combines biology and computer science. The two fields have been brought together by advances in biology and new storage and retrieval technologies. Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary field that uses tools from computer science, mathematics, genetics, chemistry, and physics to tackle numerous biological issues at the molecular level.
